Dear Students,
We are very excited to bring your attention to the 2022 21st College Student National Security Debate (2022년 21회 대학생 안보토론 대회). The 2022 21st College Student National Security Debate will be co-hosted by the Korea Military Academy and Seoul National University of Education, and will be a meaningful forum for Korean national security, including domestic and foreign college students, military cadets, school candidates, and active soldiers.
Students interested in climate change issues are encouraged to participate in a special subdivision individual presentation contest, which is highlighted below. Each participant will be asked to give an individual presentation in both written and spoken form in English.

1) Policy comparison debate (3 people per team)
Preliminary Round: Submission of policy proposal
Round of 32 ~ Semifinal: 1:1 Policy comparison debate per teams
Final Round: Q&A session
2) Individual presentation (individuals by division)
Preliminary Round: Submission of presentation summary
Final Round: Individual presentation and group discussion
Contest Theme
Policy comparison debate: The application of advanced science and technology to strengthen ground power (weapon system, power support system)
Individual presentation theme:
1) Diplomacy/Unification: Defense Diplomacy to Control Peace and War on the Korean Peninsula
2) Social/Welfare: A plan to create a military culture full of charm and talent
3) Korea-U.S. Alliance: Lessons from the Ukraine War and the Future of Korea-U.S. Alliance
4) Climate Change (Special subdivision / Conduct in English): The Impact of Climate Change on National Security
