The Birkman Method Assessment

Dear Students,
 
 
The Career Development Center is pleased to offer The Birkman Method Assessment to the first 100 students who register with us. 
The Birkman Method Assessment helps individuals realize their inner potential and develops and enhances the human capital within organizations. It measures a person's interests, usual behavior, needs, stress behavior, and career data. It also provides personality and occupational data to help understand individuals' unique behavior and work satisfaction across different situations and industries.

Once you take the test, the Career Exploration Report is derived from the data gathered from The Birkman Method Assessment results.
The Report can help confirm the career choices you are making, show you alternative career choices, and build your personal awareness of the strengths, motivators, and working environments that will help you succeed.
 
We strongly recommend taking this personality assessment test to all students that want to map their personality and find a suggested career trajectory. For more information, you can visit the official website: https://birkman.com/.

Please note the following:
  • Once we receive your information, we will send the Assessment link to your university email. Please check your spam inbox just in case. 
  • The Birkman Method Assessment will take about 30-40 minutes to complete.
  • If you have taken the Birkman Method Assessment through CDC before, then you will not be able to take the assessment again.
